About the Position:

Hiring a VP-Sales Manager to drive market share and profitable revenue growth of sales team.


Requirements:



  • Minimum of 5 years in a Sales Management role, preferably within the heavy equipment industry or a related field.

  • Proven experience and success in Territory growth and sales success

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.

  • Capability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Clean driving record.
