About the Position:
This is a key role who will execute preconstruction tasks for projects and oversee teams in 5 states including CO and Utah. The position will also assist construction teams grow our subcontractor base and relationships, manage the administrative side of our historical cost tracking and create conceptual budgets through GMP as they develop design sets.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years estimating experience with Multifamily projects, preferably in Colorado, UT, AZ or NV.
