About the Position:

The Estimator is responsible for preparing /coordinating the preparation of complete and accurate estimates on Design/Build projects, including preparing the proposal package, which includes preliminary schedule, clarifications, comprehensive estimates and quantity survey, among other project-specific documents. As a key role in the organization, the Estimator is expected to build effective relationships with team members, external customers, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience related to data centers, manufacturing facilities or any projects with a high level of electrical estimation expertise is required.


• Proficient with Onscreen Takeoff


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite


• Detail-oriented, with strong organization skills


• Ability to work in a team environment


• Possess a strong work ethic
