About the Position:
Hiring for a Preconstruction Manager, responsible for conceptual estimating, business development, and project management duties for commercial projects in the $15-30 million dollar range.
Requirements:
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar discipline is preferred.
10+ years of prior Estimating and/or PM experience for a commercial general contractor.
Prior commercial construction business development experience is preferred.
