About the Position:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of medical facilities and healthcare experience. You will work with internal and external teams to provide full-service project management from initial scope development through project occupancy and post occupancy processes.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of related healthcare experience


• End-to-End preconstruction and construction experience


• Remodel experience with successful project delivery that minimized disruption of ongoing facility operations


• Strong finance and budgeting background


• Knowledge and relationships with general contractors that are strong in commercial healthcare


• Knowledgeable of GA zoning requirements and regulations pertinent to permitting


• Strong communication skills and ability to lead or work with city officials, contractors, and hospital stakeholders
