Location: 103 Enterprise Drive, Northwood, IA 50459

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE(S) OF POSITION
Responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts.

KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

A. Loading and unloading equipment, tooling, etc.

B. Receive, Inventory & Stock Shelving and tooling containers for construction

C. Misc rough carpentry activities

D. Operating forklifts, telehandlers, skidsteers and vehicles to move equipment around yard

E. Shipping and Receiving equipment and consumables from suppliers for stocking future orders

F. General cleanup and clearing of debris & equipment, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading debris

G. Inventory owned assets, maintaining assets, etc.

H. All other duties as assigned

KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS

A. Ability to work with small tools and equipment. (Large equipment training on the job)

B. Strong teamwork orientation

C. Positive attitude and professional customer service skills

D. Detail oriented

E. Computer or technology skills would be a plus

F. Adhere to Mortenson’s Safety Policies and PPE requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience in warehouse labor and/or construction equipment handling preferred but not required.
