Job Description

At New England Infrastructure (NEI), we’re not just building projects—we’re building legacies. We’re looking for exceptional Construction Superintendents to lead multi-million-dollar civil infrastructure projects that shape the future of our communities. Whether it’s constructing dams, bridges, or highway networks, your role will be pivotal, driving progress on the front lines and ensuring success at every turn.

If you’re a high achiever with the expertise to command a job site, the confidence to make critical decisions, and the interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build strong relationships, this is where you belong. At NEI, leadership isn’t just a title, it’s a way of working, collaborating, and achieving greatness together.

What You’ll Bring to this Role:

Uphold the highest standards for safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring every operation aligns with NEI’s reputation for outstanding performance.

Take charge of job-site operations with precision, confidence, and clarity, managing crews and resolving issues in high-stakes environments.

Review plans, maintain progress reports, and manage procurement with meticulous attention to detail, knowing that quality requires precision.

Anticipate potential setbacks, adapt plans seamlessly, and find solutions that keep projects on time and on budget.

Connect with others to build strong relationships with team members, owners’ representatives, and subcontractors, driving collaboration and results.

Inspire and motivate teams to perform at their best, creating an environment of trust, high morale, and skillfulness.

Leverage at least 8 years of relevant experience in heavy civil construction, fluency in OSHA regulations, and expertise in interpreting construction drawings and reports.

You’ll be at the forefront of shaping the infrastructure that defines our communities, taking ownership from preconstruction to the final walkthrough. Working alongside some of the most skilled professionals in the industry, you’ll lead with confidence, making critical decisions in dynamic environments and driving progress on the ground. Whether you’re coordinating with owners’ representatives to solve unexpected problems or mentoring crews to exceed expectations, your leadership will shape the outcome of every deliverable. This role is about more than just completing tasks—it’s about making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.

At NEI, we believe our people are the foundation of everything we achieve. That’s why we offer competitive pay and benefits, including:

Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

A 401k with company match

Paid time off and holidays

A company vehicle, credit card for work use, and cell phone

Here, high performers step up, push boundaries, and thrive together as a team. We don’t do mediocre—every success, big or small, is a reason to celebrate.
