About the Position:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will proactively advocate for, create, and protect stakeholder equity value through the proficient management and supervision of all financial and risk management aspects of a high growth business.
Requirements:
10+ years experience
Operating CFO experience with a PE Backed (sponsor) company. Preference towards someone that has had a successful PE exit.
Industry experience: High growth business operating in the renewable energy space.
Must have experience with Tax Equity Financing, monetization of tax credits via the transfer market
